This proposal will make the following change(s):
Update the name of the series Darker than Black
Change the name from Darker than Black: Kuro no Keiyakusha to Darker than Black
Based on the following reason: Since they are anime without the "Kuro no Keiyakusha", I think we should remove it. like this one : https://kaize.io/anime/darker-than-black-ryuusei-no-gemini. Also referenced like that in wikipedia : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Darker_than_Black
