To meet the target loan amount set by the headquarter branch, the Branch Manager of the Osaka Nishi branch, Tadasu Asano, asks Hanzawa to handle a loan required by Nishi Osaka Steel. However, after obtaining the loan, the President of Nishi Osaka Steel, Mitsuru Higashida, declares bankruptcy and goes missing.
